Throughout her career, Michelle has stayed passionate about finding new ways to engage all levels of employees to deliver training in a more fun and interactive manner. Sh
Training Advisors was started in 2020 by Michelle Breath, SHRM-SCP to help small business with a structured pathway to allow managers to become better in-house trainers.
Throughout her career, Michelle has stayed passionate about finding new ways to engage all levels of employees to deliver training in a more fun and interactive manner. She recognizes that people struggle with how to create simple and effective training that engages adult learners. She understands the need that most small businesses have to use mangers to create and conduct training. While these leaders are often subject matter experts, they lack the skills to understand how design, develop and deliver training that considers adult learning theories.
Using the skills acquired while working for large companies, she found ways to pass those skills along in her roles in small businesses. Throughout her career she has found new ways to engage front line employees and leaders differently while keeping it fun and teaching them to improve their own skills.
Her goal is to elevate manager training skills by providing small business the guidance and support needed to help them grow a better trained and more productive workforce.
