3D Methodology

Our DESIGN curriculum focuses on foundations.  Managers are taught adult learning theory and design principles to help enhance what their employees value most - autonomy, learner centered content, and post-training reinforcement.  They learn how to present training in an easy-to-follow and professional way.  

Managers gain insight on training layout considerations, ease of use & navigation, aesthetics, and adult expectations and needs.

The DEVELOP curriculum creates habits for managers to forget their own bias or notions and look at it from a "new learner" perspective.  This helps them narrow the scope of the training and use thoughtful editing in gathering and developing content.

We give managers a solid foundation in conducting needs analysis, interviewing and working with subject matter experts, and iteration techniques to speed the development process.

The DELIVER curriculum establishes the right method and skills to deploy the training.  Each delivery method presents unique considerations that can enhance learning.  Managers receive assessment tools to review various factors to help them make a decision, while also building their own comfort level in using them.

Managers learn the pros and cons of using each delivery option or blending methods to get the the best learning outcome.
